Our Personal Training Sessions offer something for everyone. Whether you're just starting out, wanting to get back into shape or looking to take your fitness to the next level. You'll receive tailored guidance from certified professionals who will help you reach your goals and gain confidence in the process. Our approach is designed to motivate and inspire you while having fun and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone!
The Cancelation Policy: 12-hour notice of cancelation is required on all booked or expected sessions or classes. If less than 12-hours is provided the fee for the session or class will still need to be paid. Understanding that illness, holidays, and the need to cancel/suspend at times can be unexpected. The courtesy of negotiating a catch up or replacement session/class is much appreciated. Catch-ups are available on all booked sessions. If you should happen to miss a session and have to cancel at short notice (refer to cancelation policy), please arrange a make-up session to be used/booked within the following 4 weeks. You can book an extra session or class to make it up, so you are not out of pocket.
