Our class targets both the upper and lower body while incorporating cardio exercises. Designed so you can work to your abilities, this class is suitable whether you are new to exercise or want to try something different. We focus on increasing strength, agility, and endurance in a fun, supportive environment. * $25 Casual Class. * $22 for Members with a subscription who would like to attend an additional class.
The Cancelation Policy: 12-hour notice of cancelation is required on all booked or expected sessions or classes. If less than 12-hours is provided the fee for the session or class will still need to be paid. Understanding that illness, holidays, and the need to cancel/suspend at times can be unexpected. The courtesy of negotiating a catch up or replacement session/class is much appreciated. Catch-ups are available on all booked sessions. If you should happen to miss a session and have to cancel at short notice (refer to cancelation policy), please arrange a make-up session to be used/booked within the following 4 weeks. You can book an extra session or class to make it up, so you are not out of pocket.
