Immerse yourself in a unique experience that combines gentle stretching led by Belinda followed by a Gong Sound Bath guided by Roz. With this session you can elevate your well-being and embark on a journey of self discovery. This session is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above and spots are limited to only 15 so get in quickly to secure your spot

Cancellation Policy
The Cancelation Policy: 12-hour notice of cancelation is required on all booked or expected sessions or classes. If less than 12-hours is provided the fee for the session or class will still need to be paid. Understanding that illness, holidays, and the need to cancel/suspend at times can be unexpected. The courtesy of negotiating a catch up or replacement session/class is much appreciated. Catch-ups are available on all booked sessions. If you should happen to miss a session and have to cancel at short notice (refer to cancelation policy), please arrange a make-up session to be used/booked within the following 4 weeks. You can book an extra session or class to make it up, so you are not out of pocket.
