Here's how to join us.
Step 1
Fill in our intake form
Before your first session, please complete our quick intake form so we can learn about your goals and any health considerations. This helps us tailor your experience from day one.

Step 2
Download the PTminder app
Our client portal is managed through PTminder. The easiest way to book and manage your sessions is to download the app to your phone or tablet.

The app works on iPhone, iPad (iOS 10+) and Android devices (5.0+).
Step 3
Belinda will set up your account
Once you've submitted your intake form, Belinda will set up your PTminder account and send you login details. You'll then be able to:

View the class timetable

Book your sessions

Manage your membership

See your booking history
Step 4
Book your first free session!
Your first group session is on us! Once you're set up in PTminder, simply browse the timetable and book into any group class that suits your schedule.
Already a Member?
If you're a returning client, you can log into PTminder to book your sessions:

Via the app: Open PTminder on your phone and log in

Via web: Visit bodywellnessplace.ptminder.com
Remember to book in advance – our small class sizes mean spots fill up quickly! Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred time slot.
Flexible Options
We keep things flexible for you at Body Wellness Place! You can pause or cancel your membership at any time – no lock-in contracts, no hassle. To pause your membership, please contact Belinda with reasonable notice.
How to Book a Session
Using the PTminder app:
1. Open the PTminder app and log in
2. Tap on "Classes" or "Schedule" to see available sessions
3. Find a session that works for you
4. Tap to book – you'll receive a confirmation
5. Add it to your calendar so you don't forget!
Need to reschedule? No worries – you can cancel and rebook through the app. Just make sure to give us at least 24 hours' notice so someone else can take your spot.
